Sumhow it seems that most call centres have been outsourced to india. When i called Philips last year regarding my lcd monitor, i suspected the lady was from india. This time, when i called Apple, the lady was also from india. What's more, their spoken english is better than mine! I had to try my best in expressing myself properly in english when calling them, and i didnt pass with flying colours in that area. At least Dell still have locals in charge of the telephone technical support service.
Damn my ipod is infected with sum wormy worm. So troublesome. Have to reformat it, then reload all my songs and videos. Damn. I've had enough problems with IT stuff this hol, and now got ipod problem. wa lan.
Oh btw, i'm trying to offload a set of GP ReCyko Rechargeble batteries (4 AA Batteries plus Quick Charger) which i have no use for, so if you're interested, please contact me.
From some research online, it's selling for abt $35 to $39. Which means retail price is probably even higher. I'm selling it for $30. If you're lucky, i might even sell it to u at a cheaper price.
Hmm this gives me an idea. Since i've quite a number of unused stuff, might as well start an online shop and sell everything cheap.
